How does this fit into our current workflow?
We designed Doddle to work alongside your existing case management system — not replace it. You receive exportable, organised outputs (including signed forms and AML results) that you can drop straight into your current CMS or file system.
Do clients need to create an account or log in?
Nope. Clients receive a single, secure link that guides them through the full onboarding journey — no accounts, passwords, or portals required.
Is this compliant with AML and SRA requirements?
Yes — all checks are logged, time-stamped, and stored securely. Our ID and source of funds process is built to align with SRA and LSAG guidance.
Can we edit the TA forms once they're completed?
Yes. You'll receive editable versions of all forms. Clients complete the initial draft using AI-filled suggestions, and you can make any changes before finalising the contract pack.
What if clients don't complete everything?
You'll be notified of any incomplete journeys. You can choose to nudge the client or manually pick up where they left off.
Do you integrate with our CMS?
Direct integration isn't required. Outputs are export-ready and formatted to be easily uploaded into most major CMS platforms. Direct integrations may come later.
Is client data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade encryption and follow best practices for secure data handling. All data is stored securely and in compliance with GDPR.
Can we customise our terms of engagement or quoting?
Yes — your quoting structure and engagement terms can be fully tailored to reflect your firm's setup.
How much does it cost?

How does the AI form-filling work?
Our AI extracts relevant information from property listings, Land Registry data, and other public sources to pre-fill TA forms. Clients then review this information, make any necessary corrections, and approve the forms. This significantly reduces the time spent on form completion while maintaining accuracy.
How secure is client data on Doddle?
Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and we use bank-grade security measures to protect client information. We are GDPR compliant and only collect the information necessary for the conveyancing process.
